I am an educator turned Instructional Designer and eLearning developer.  I love to find creative ways to enhance participant engagement to keep the learner interested while they are learning the necessary information and meeting the needs of the client.

One of the things I truly enjoy is discovering innovative ways to heighten participant engagement and fulfill the specific requirements of my clients.

Being tech-savvy is one of my strengths, and I take pride in continually exploring innovative ways to incorporate the most up-to-date and effective technological tools in my designs.

My expertise lies in designing and developing engaging yet impactful courses for adult learners.  To achieve this, I follow the ADDIE and SAM processes, and have experience with the backward design principle as well.  I collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand their goals thoroughly and then select the most appropriate training methods and tools that lead to their desired outcomes.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family, train for the next Ironman Triathlon, and spend time at the beach or fishing.
